2012 Summer Sign-Ups

** It's NOT too late!!

We've received several phone calls and e-mails asking
if it's too late to sign up! NO!

Call the league line NOW at 219.980.6111.

Come to the March 15th Board Meeting
to finalize your registration... You will be able to:

1) Sign-up for summer play.
2) View sample uniform sizes.
3) Sign registration / consent forms if you pre-registered
over the phone.
4) Pick up your raffle tickets.
5) Pay your balance due.
6) Get answers to your questions!

The meeting is held at 7 p.m.
@ Heritage Baptist Church
9903 Merrillville Road, Crown Point.
(Park in the rear; enter south doors.)

As of March 1st, fees are now:

1 player - $120 + $60 for raffle fund-raiser

2 players - $185 + $120 for raffle fund-raiser

3 or more players - $225 + $120 for raffle fund-raiser

Each player will be issued a uniform consisting of a team hat,
shirt , pants and socks. Players will be responsible for bringing
their own glove and, if desired, bat or additional equipment.

Cleats are not required, but preferred. No metal cleats.

NEW PLAYERS:

If you have not played with Merrillville Babe Ruth / Cal Ripken
in a previous season, you will need to bring a copy
of your birth certificate and proof of your residency (a copy of a bill, or something that officially states your address.)

LATE FEES:

Anyone wishing to sign-up after Feb 29 will be charged a
$15 late fee for one player or $25 for two or more players.

PLEASE NOTE:

Our annual Parents' Meeting is Thursday, March 29th at 7 p.m.
This year it will be at Heritage Baptist Church,
9903 Merrillville Road in Crown Point.
(Take Merrillville Road south, over 93rd, past Collins Park.
It will be a few blocks farther south, on the Left
or East side of the road.)
Park in the rear. The meeting will be held in the gym
in the rear of the church. Enter through the
south double doors.

This is a meeting you won't want to miss!
